Processing specifications

(1) If you choose a ball screw with internal circulation or end cover circulation, the thread on one end of the screw must be threaded and the maximum size of the shoulder must be smaller than the base diameter. If the shoulder size is required to be larger than the base diameter, it is also possible, but the thread must be left on the shoulder to facilitate the installation of the nut.

(2) When the screw is heat treated, the thread thread part near the shoulder must be kept soft for 10 to 20 mm to facilitate shoulder processing. If you have special requirements, please ask the sales staff when ordering.
