Ball Screw

Enhanced dustproof structure for improved dustproofing,Enhanced return flow structure, suitable for high-speed, high-load applications,Simplified design, significantly improved smoothness

External Circulation

An externally recirculating ball screw consists of a screw, nut, steel balls, elbows, and a fixed block. The balls are located between the screw and nut, moving from the screw's spiral groove into the elbow, then back through the elbow and back into the spiral groove, producing an endless loop of motion.

Internal Circulation

The balls circulate in a single turn, with the return cap connecting two adjacent ball grooves. The balls change direction through the cap, creating a single, closed return path. Because the return cap is assembled inside the nut, it is called an internally recirculating ball screw.

End Loop

An end-load ball screw consists of a screw, nut, steel balls, and end caps. An axial through-hole is machined in the nut for the ball return. The balls travel from the screw's spiral grooves into the end cap, through the through-hole, and back into the spiral grooves, creating an endless loop.
