The linear contact between the rolling elements, rails, and sliders ensures minimal elastic deformation under high loads. Furthermore, the 45-degree contact angle ensures uniform rigidity and load capacity in all four directions. This ultra-high rigidity significantly improves machining accuracy, meeting high-precision requirements. Its heavy-load-bearing characteristics extend the linear guide's service life.
